OBTAIN A TENT PERMIT FROM THE BAINBRIDGE FIRE DEPARTMENT. In
general, no smoking or open flame is allowed under a tent. More
specific instructions will be given with the tent permit.

Ohio State law
prohibits the purchase of alcohol by persons under 21 years of
age. PV prohibits the consumption of alcohol by persons under
the age of 21 on PV property, including the lake, beach and
open at 8:00 a.m. and close at 10:00 p.m. See beach hours to
determine when lifeguards will be on duty.

The PV resident
reserving the pavilion is responsible for any damages and must
be present at all times during the reserved time.
All trash must
be disposed of properly. It is preferred that trash is bagged
before disposing into large containers to prevent smell,
animals, ect. Bags are not provided by PV. In addition, ALL
areas of pavilion, bathroom, kitchen and refrigerator MUST be
cleaned up immediately following the event as pavilion may be
rented the following day.
YOU MUST BE
PAID UP IN ALL PV FINANCIAL ASSESSMENTS IN ORDER TO RESERVE OR
USE THE PAVILION.
KEY RETURN -
Pavilion/kitchen key must be returned to Pavilion Director
within 24 hours of event.
FEE - A non-refundable fee of twenty dollars ($20) is required
to rent the pavilion. Checks made payable to Lake Colony.
