  • Lifeguards will assign safe swimming areas for children less than 15 years old based on a proficiency test. For the safety and welfare of the children, such assignments will be enforced at all times. Cooperation from parents will be expected even when they are swimming with their own children. Lifeguards will keep a record of those passing various proficiency tests.

LIFEGUARDS HAVE FULL AUTHORITY TO HAVE ANY OFFENDER REMOVED FROM THE BEACH AREA FOR ANY MISCONDUCT THAT HE OR SHE DEEMS TO BE UNACCEPTABLE.
